Prior to the delivery of the ordered products, we seriously scrutinize and evaluate the state of the products like their shape, size, texture, defects and so on. We take every minor detail into account for ensuring that our products are of standard quality.
Along with the delivery of the products we also provide a certificate of authenticity. However, if our customers find any defect due to shipment in our products they must let us know immediately within seven days of receipt of items. Under such circumstance after receiving your complain we shall either refund the money or exchange the received product for a better one depending upon the preferences of our clients within a week. We must let our clients know that we do not bear shipping charges to get back the goods to us from our clients.
